Bio

Anas al-Liby was born in Tripoli, Libya and granted asylum in the United Kingdom. He became a scout for Al Qaeda, and conducted surveillance of British, French, Israeli, and American targets in Nairobi prior to the bombing of the US embassy there in 1998. He is thought to be hiding in Afghanistan. He speaks Arabic and English and is a computer engineer.
